Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Fix in_bbs_inject_header line terminators for Apache
 2.4.24 compatibility

rfc7230 3.5 says:

Although the line terminator for the start-line and header fields is
the sequence CRLF, a recipient MAY recognize a single LF as a line
terminator and ignore any preceding CR.

Apache with strict enabled chooses not to implement the MAY.
