## License discussion on Wiki / Handbook

Problem is that relicensing is too much of a mess, some key contributors
are uncontactable.

Nathan proposes *new* pages are CC-BY-SA, old pages are frozen.  Emphasize
development of the handbook.  New CC-BY-SA pages maybe get copied to a new wiki
and old one gets nuked later.  Natanael seconded this motion.

Redirections can be used whenever possible.

Add disclaimer to old Wiki to direct users to the handbook.

Documentation team working on an outline for the handbook, should be in place
before Wiki is frozen.

## Baseline for x86 (Issue #20)

Conclusions: continue with i586 as a best effort, specify that a platform must
actually implement i586 correctly to be supported (e.g. no Vortex86), and some
packages may require i686 if upstreams only support i686 (e.g. those with JITs).
